The site is divided into 3 areas with different future uses: facilities and equipment conserved by Eau de Paris (about 1 hectare), the eastern part (2.2 hectares.) incorporated in the Urban Development Zone (ZAC), which would be transferred to the developer in 2016 in order to create a avenue for the T-Zen5, and the site of the disused factory, consisting of a monumental industrial building and former leaching basins. The proposed space is situated outside the boundary of the Urban Development Zone (ZAC) which surrounds it and incorporates the eastern part of the site.
