The La Hève Cape symbocally marks the end of the Seine Valley and the gateway to the English Channel. Il is also the gateway to the Alabaster Coast (Etretat, Fécamp). The view is outsantind and covers the whole of the bay ot the Seine. Whether in terms of the quality landscape, wealth fauna and flora, geological and historical interest, etc., the site has a number of assets.
The remarkable view is partly due to the nearby cliffs which place the viewer facing the open sea. The installation of an innovative type of observation point making use of all the site's assets seems an obvious possibility for the site.
